Texas State Highway 155 : ウィキペディア英語版 | Texas State Highway 155
State Highway 155 or SH 155 runs from U.S. Highway 79 in Palestine northeastward via Frankston to State Highway 64 at Tyler; and from another point on SH 64 northward to junction of US 271 and State Highway 31; and then from a point on US 271 northeast of Tyler, northeastward via Big Sandy, Gilmer, Avinger to US 59 (Future I-369) at Linden, a total approximate distance of . Nearly the entire route is a divided highway. One of the sole remaining two-lane segments is a stretch extending from Frankston to Pert, however starting in early 2007, the right of way was being cleared and graded for the eventual upgrade to a divided highway. The route is concurrent with US 271 on two separate sections, one in the city of Tyler, and once in the town of Gilmer. SH 155 is the shorter route of the two between these cities. From Palestine to Linden, SH 155 is part of the Blue Star Memorial Highway. ==Route history==
SH 155 was originally designated by 1933 on a route from Gilmer to Marshall. This route was reassigned by 1939 to SH 154 when it was extended east from Quitman. SH 155 was instead assigned to the route between Gilmer and Tyler. The route was extended south to Palestine and north to Linden in 1944, completing the current route.
